5 Account Registration & KYC

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

Only one (1) Account per natural person is permitted. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, the platform requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This process typically requires submission of:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change prior to confirmation of the bet. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's applicable cut-off period, or if a pricing error materially affecting the bet is identified. Voided bet stakes are returned to the user's Account balance.

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability
